Edit- a week after I wrote this review I noticed my piercing was migrating. I could tell because the loop kept getting more and more loose around the nostril. The skin inside my nose was starting to grow around the ring in a weird way. I removed it and will wait a couple months before piercing again. Still leaving 3 stars bc it’s possibly not the fault of the ring. It could be my skin type or related to the antibiotics I had to start around when it happened. Original review below.This is the perfect ring. I actually had to size up from the 8mm to the 9mm but the 20 gauge is perfect. The 8mm was just a bit snug and pulled on the piercing a bit. I had no trouble changing it. This one is so comfortable and I’m no longer worried about it catching on a towel like the studs tend to do. Also, I just pierced my nose two weeks ago using a kit from Walmart as well. So far both have been worth it.
