These were the worst headphones I have ever owned. Upon unpacking and looking at the manual, several typos were found (which should also indicate the level of detail in the product). Once paired, the voice that indicated they were "connected" kept repeating "pairing" and "disconnected" every few seconds until it completely turned off and on three times. There were no instructions on how to put them in "pairing" mode, it seemed like they were just streaming for pairing all the time. The sound quality was awful "tinny" and shouldn't be confused with "bone conduction" - it's just tiny speakers aimed "primarily" at your ears. After the volume went over half, the tones began to crackle, as if they were suddenly too loud for the speakers. When I finally tried to plug the charger into the port, it seemed deep enough as it left so much charging cable exposed that it only fell out intermittently, so I had to use a rubber band to hold it in place. . Therefore, I would neither buy nor recommend this product. I sent it back immediately as I didn't feel it was working in an acceptable way.
