The standard HP PSU cables (1st image) appear to be swapped, but this product (2nd image) is not. As a result, the system will not boot without a POST error stating that it cannot determine if the PSU fan is running. After pressing Enter, the system works normally. Because of this, it is not ideal if you intend to use the computer in a remote environment, as you will have to manually reset the POST error every time you reboot. The HP BIOS does not allow you to disable POST error notifications.
