The first Lyra Voice (AC2200) was DOA. Doesn't connect to the internet via direct ethernet or as a node to an existing Asus router. Asus tech support is useless. I heard an agent being taught to read canned responses. I had to do my own research to find out that the device was stuck in a recovery mode loop. Revain replaced it with a second device that I was able to set up as an AiMesh node, although the written instructions that came with it on how to enable AiMesh were incorrect. Even when working correctly, it was very demanding on placement and struggled to maintain a signal from the main router on the floor above. The Alexa function was also questionable. Several skills supported by Echo speakers (e.g. Apple Music) were not working. After digging around for a few days I returned the second block. I replaced the AiMesh feature with a BlueCave router identical to my main unit and a separate Echo Studio. Much happier.
