You get what you pay for. And although it has done its job, you have to keep in mind that it is not very wide. I bought this as a gift for my husband and while he loved it, he did mention that it's not very wide for a gaming mouse pad. Another thing is that the built-in speaker is of poor quality and you are better off using the speakers you already have. So with that in mind, if you're buying it, it might be worth looking for a different mouse pad with a better speaker. If I had known it was narrow rather than wide I would have continued the search.
