Bought this for my wife. I put her 6th gen iPod in a case when it arrived to make sure it worked. She trains with him regularly, has run two half marathons with him and finds it comfortable. It comes with an extension so it should be suitable for most. Without an iPod case, the fit in the headband is a bit loose. My wife has a ULAK case and it fits a little better. I put on the otter protective cover and can make sure that it fits the bandage. The openings for the charger, headphones and speakers match. The touchscreen responds well. The only drawback is the zipper at the top of the bracelet. This interferes with the volume buttons on the iPod. Increasing the volume is almost useless. I found it actually worked best in an Otter case as the snug fit made the buttons easier to find. My wife has bluetooth headphones with volume control so that wasn't a problem for me.
