I couldn't be happier with the Livho blue light glasses. They're plastic and light, so I prefer glasses. They are very comfortable and after wearing them for a while they don't give me a headache like some glasses do. They come with test paper and blue light and I didn't know what to do with the test paper at first because there are no instructions. But after playing with both, I was able to figure it out. I first tested the blue light blockers and they didn't turn the paper over at all! Then I tried my prescription glasses (because I'm blind without glasses or contacts!) and the paper stained! Don't dry out like you used to with these blue light blockers!
