As a do-it-yourselfer, I couldn't wait to give FOUCECLAUS a shot. My disappointment with my choice was immediate. There wasn't a lot of variety in products available, and the website was difficult to navigate. I made a buy and then waited anxiously for it to arrive. When they finally showed up, I was very let down. Some of the goods were broken upon arrival because of the poor packaging. To make things worse, I was met with unhelpful agents when I called customer service. Overall, working with FOUCECLAUS was a frustrating and disappointing experience for me. As a do-it-yourself specialist, I depend on sturdy and high-quality supplies, but FOUCECLAUS let me down. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your instrument and electronic accessory requirements.
