Back massagers hard to hold
This piece of metal is 6" long, 1" wide and 3/8" thick. It is nicely polished and polished. I don't have arthritis or even carpal tunnel but working with this little metal pressure band causes cramps in it my arms. Even holding it for a few minutes can be a problem. If you need a device to relieve knots, muscle spasms, pain and other body problems, I suggest you buy something larger or more ergonomically comfortable.
