Review on HP 67 Original Black Ink Cartridge for HP DeskJet 1255, 2700, 4100 Series, ENVY 6000, 6400 Series, Instant Ink Eligible - 3YM56AN by Monty Barganier

I ordered this cartridge and it came in the appropriate HP packaging. However, after installation, my printer would not print. I tried downloading and reinstalling the driver, went through the troubleshooting logs, and finally HP announced it was a fake cartridge. I still don't have $17. According to Revain, it is not possible to report a defect. HP is no help at all. My printer is less than 6 months old and this is only the second cartridge I have installed. Based on my experience, I can only recommend buying a Canon or Epson printer.
