This is the first new turntable I have owned and I have to say it was a big disappointment. I've been listening to records almost every day for the past 8 months and the RPM fluctuations are becoming unbearable, especially on the 45s. At first I told myself I was just hearing something, but over time, even after adjustments, it became increasingly clear. Piano recordings are physically painful to listen to. Don't get me wrong, the sound quality is amazing; However, slurred speech and hesitation spoil my impression. It was a very expensive mistake as I no longer have my old Technics tank. At this price point I might have to take a step back, but it's worth playing at the right RPM. To sum up, don't give these people your money and let them fix this defective product. They should change their company name to turnover.
