Had to give up my 14 year old (and still perfect) Skagen because my 85 year old eyes couldn't tell the time without reading glasses. I chose this watch because it's small enough, adjustable enough to fit my shrinking wrist, and the white on black made a nice contrast. As it turns out, the hands and hour markers are gold, silver, or white depending on the lighting and viewing angle. I see all three! I would like to know how they do it. 8 days ago I synchronized it to the second with my atomic clock. It's still exactly in sync. Overall it looks very nice and appears to be well made. My only complaint is that it was packaged in working condition. I don't know how weak the battery is. (A spare battery is included.) Edit: A new color (black02) has been added since I ordered. The dial pictured is exactly what I received in the all black (Black01) version. I don't know what I would choose if I had a choice. A very impressive watch.
