The ease to use with all clients that I have used it with so far! It's very simple to add new contacts/clients as well as export data into other programs like excel or word. There isn't anything really i dislike about this software from my experience thus far but maybe if there was an option to create more templates we could make our job easier? Maybe include some additional features such as creating custom searches (like by location) rather than just searching within certain parameters you've already set up? And yes - definitely try out their demo version before purchasing your first license!! We are managing multiple client databases which can be quite difficult when trying to keep track of what has been done vs not completed etc. This program helps us manage those tasks much better since everything gets added directly onto one screen instead of having to go back through each respective file every time something needs updating.
