You need to sew this banner. This is an unfinished project
This 'JINGLE' banner is adorable but requires you to assemble the letters and sew onto the decoration, then attach the decoration and thread the ribbon. Very simple and straight forward but you need to finish the banner before you can use it. Mine was a baby room gift so I was in a rush to finish before my friend arrived with her baby. A felt decoration was missing, which created additional drama.
