Although the concept and design are generally of high quality, the phone holder is too small and does not properly hold large phones, especially when in a large case. When I contacted MOVO I was told to just take my case off every time I wanted to use the holder, which is a terribly lazy reaction to their short-sighted design process. Luckily I have 3D printers and access to a manufacturing facility, so I just make new parts. However, I cannot in good conscience recommend this product to anyone with a larger phone.
