At first I thought I'd hit the jackpot with these toners, but one day I noticed the toner was smearing all over the paper. Being a notary and credit broker is a big problem. These cartridges left a pile of toner in the drum and in the printer itself and I've cleaned them many times and it's still a mess. Save time and money and spend a little more for a better cartridge. Now I have to buy new toner to replace this junk that has been messing up my printer and I may need to replace the drum (and we all know how expensive that is). Of course it's too late to send it back since this problem wasn't there from the start.
