This mixer has a plastic body that flexes and shakes a lot when making bread dough. If you watch the video you will understand what I am talking about. I also had a lower speed video that showed flex and wobble (less obvious), but this review site limited me to only uploading one video. Bread dough, but their structure does not bend. My concern is that the plastic lid will crack over time from flexing and that is why I am returning this blender. Also, two mixer heads turned black in the dishwasher (see the two on the left in the photo, covered in black powder that got on my hands when touched), which certainly gave me even more reasons to want to go back. Product. I find this mixer suitable for light mixing like cookies and biscuits or for baking batter. Of course, it is NOT suitable for making bread dough. Now I will buy a much more reliable blender for this job.
