I really wanted to like this case but there is one flaw I can't accept. Pros: I like that the ring helps hold the phone securely in my hand. It's a lot harder to fall. I like how thin the body is. I love how I can use it with the magnetic car mount. Now for the bad: the ring has a pin on the back that keeps it in place. Well, the pin keeps slipping and the ring comes loose and dangles back and forth. It's not difficult. I have to keep putting the stylus back in for fear of the ring falling off and potentially damaging my phone if it sticks out too far. The worst part was dealing with Vatro who ended up tricking him. They responded to my request for help but didn't go any further. I emailed at least 5 times and received no further replies. I had to contact Revain to fix an issue with my purchase and get a refund.
