I was eager to check out Kavkas because I'm a fashion expert and they guaranteed a large selection of clothing, shoes, and jewelry. My interaction with the business, however, was incredibly disheartening. Opening the box made it clear that the clothes were of poor quality, with thin, cheap fabrics and shoddy construction. The shoes were similarly disappointing; they had uncomfortable soles and shoddy seams that made them appear as though they would disintegrate before I even tried them on. The infant clothes were not true to size, which is a major worry for parents who want their children to be comfortable, further aggravating the situation. Additionally, I tried contacting customer service about my problems but received unhelpful and dismissive answers, which made me feel frustrated and unsupported. Overall, I cannot advise anyone searching for finely crafted clothing or shoes to purchase from Kavkas. I would advise fashion experts to seek elsewhere for their fashion needs as there are many other online retailers that provide better products and customer service.
