Package came in a super small bag, most of the hay balls and bars were broken and unusable, the wire they send to string it on was frayed and pokey, and all the hardware was loose in the bottom of the bag mixed in all the dust.
Terrible purchase
- Our chinchillas had a blast with these and had everything chewed up within a week!
