We love this scratching post! As soon as it appeared, we removed the old one and assembled it. Here our excitement ends. The picture is very misleading as it is quite small even with measurements. The construction is bad. NONE of the holes were cut properly so we had to put screws and parts in the holes and we weren't even sure if they were holes. The woman cut her finger with a piece of cardboard sticking out of one of the platforms! In general we are very dissatisfied. It's a shame because it's super soft and my cats LOVE the hanging basket. At this point we can simply remove it and send it back. Such a shame. Not worth $60. Especially since I'm now worried that even more pieces of cardboard will harm my cats. I would like to speak to the manufacturer about improper processing.
