Review on 💧 DHC Eyelash Tonic - 1 Fluid Ounce by Ben Liu

I've been using this eyelash toner for a month now, I think I've definitely noticed eyelash growth (about 23mm). I use it every night after cleansing/moisturizing my face before bed. Sometimes I pierce my eyes with a brush, but that's because I'm not used to using mascara brushes; However, the serum doesn't cause any irritation when I do it. A few blinks will take away the pain.
