Doesn't completely pierce holes in fire extinguisher labels

I might have a lemon but it's very difficult to pierce aluminum fire extinguisher labels and when it does the fumes get stuck in the hole and you gotta use something to push it out. Each mark is a struggle to make it to the end. Extremely disappointing.
