I actually had a problem that occurred during shipping. It was in a plastic bag, not a box, and it was crushed. However, the seller was kind enough to understand what happened and quickly refunded my money. I wasn't thinking when I threw it away because it made a mess so I didn't take a picture of it. However, the seller believed my explanation and I am very grateful as this is not cheap toothpaste. Thank you Mister Medicine.
