I bought the largest seat cushion available to match my 2013 Ultra HD. But the front is still too tight. My back is fine, but I haven't ridden long distances to see how it would help the base of my spine. The narrow front of the cushion gives the feeling of riding on a bicycle saddle. Also, the hooks are too small to connect to the engine guard. So I stretched them back and hooked them to the saddlebag flanges. It worked well. Nothing holds up in front. To do this, I used a long zipper that encased the entire seat.
