Review on πŸ”Œ Power Up with Marinco 12V USB Chargers, Receptacles and Plugs: Fast and Reliable Charging Solutions by James Gregg

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just right on USB cable

I was wanting to add a 12V weatherproof outlet to the outside of my small pop-up trailer, but online reviews were abusive about the "by-products" of this little outlet. . This one is real. It is well made and came a day earlier than expected. Some say the hat fell off pretty quickly because of the sun. I live in the desert and my trailer has a container on the sunny side where I keep it. I have found that the butane canister lids for my backpack stove press into the protective cap and tighten to prevent it from falling out. It is well made and the instructions are easy. The manufacturer recommends using it in conjunction with its plugs, but I didn't want to switch plugs on my 12V devices. Vibration is not a problem in my job, so regular plugs work fine. May 2013 update. I ended up plugging their swivel plug companion into my solar charger. I've found that even a small "bump" would sometimes cause my little solar charger to disconnect. Installing the plug was a breeze and now offers a more reliable connection. I still give this place 5 stars.
