The ease of use for workflows has been very helpful with our organization's transition into digital transformation initiatives like data governance & risk management across multiple countries/locations (Canada / US). Also being able solve specific business problems such as how do you get things done at scale? - using templates that are already tested by others who have come before us so we can roll out quickly without spending time developing custom solutions.- also allowing people from other departments within my org access even if they don't necessarily need it- having one place where I know everything about what gets created etc makes life easier! We haven’t found anything yet but there may be some slight quirks along these lines which could improve user experience:- Custom fields not available sometimes after importing existing documents- Ability add attachments directly via email rather than uploading them first.
