The claim made by Oldboytech that it offers "first-rate service and cutting-edge innovations at reasonable prices" is untrue. Everything about my interaction with this internet store has been disappointing. Their website exudes an antiquated, unprofessional vibe that makes their items appear less trustworthy. Finding what you're looking for is difficult because the search feature is cumbersome and challenging to utilize. Because the product descriptions are brief and exclude key information, you are left with more questions than answers. The costs are also far from reasonable. In actuality, they are fairly high given the caliber of the goods. Though they were promoted as having "cutting-edge technology," the earbuds I bought didn't sound any better than a cheap pair I could have gotten at a convenience shop. I felt ripped off when I tried to return them since I was faced with a deluge of taxes and restocking costs. Their customer support is anything but exceptional. It takes forever to obtain an answer to your questions, and the customer service employees are unpleasant and unhelpful. They clearly don't value their clients, which is unfortunate given the competition in the market. In conclusion, I would not advise anyone looking for high-quality, fairly priced electronics to purchase from Oldboytech. Their website is challenging to use, their products are poor quality, and they have bad customer service. Shop elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.
