First of all, sorry for being so long. Apparently quarantine means I have time to write a short story about the product. I wouldn't say this is the best razor or facial cleansing brush I've ever had, but for the price, it's pretty much what you'd expect. . I don't think products at this price point should be compared to products at much higher prices because that's just not fair. I'll go through each of the chapters, but just know I would if I could spend a little more money to get something that worked better. I am not disappointed or pleased but rather satisfied with what I got for this price. Head 1: This is a facial brush, it is soft and does a good job of making real foam. I will say that I can't use it outside the shower because the bristles are too long and the soap gets splattered all over the place. So if you're against washing your face in the shower, I'd think twice before taking this one. Head 2: It's labeled as a body brush, but I really don't see myself using something that small for the whole body. Since I also use the facial brush in the shower, I can't remove the head to change it and my hands are wet, as is the handle. I think I should mention that there isn't an easy button to release the heads. Basically, you just have to pull it hard enough for it to come loose. For this reason, I use this brush as a face wash brush when I'm not in the shower. I like this one a lot for that purpose. Head 3: This is a precision trimmer for small areas of the bikini line. This one is great, no problems. Head 4: This should be a facial massager. The problem with this is that it doesn't actually cut, you just replace the top with the top on the head 6. I don't know if mine isn't strong, but it falls off every time I try to use it. Anyway, I wasn't particularly keen on this head, so I wasn't disappointed, but it's pretty much useless. Head 5: This is a trimmer and a shaver. It's ok I had a little problem with the trimmer not catching all the hair so when I use the razor it gets too long and pulls out. I haven't had a problem since day one of daily use, but this is pretty much the only solution. I got razor burn from using it on my bikini area two days in a row, but I have fairly sensitive skin so I wouldn't say it's normal. I will say that while it trims hair so short you can barely see it, it doesn't feel like freshly shaved skin. I don't know if there's a razor that comes that close, but it's not. Also, the instructions ask for the head to be lubricated with oil after each use, but no oil is supplied, which is a little frustrating. Head 6: This is a bikini shaver and it works so well. I haven't had any stretch or cuts from it at all and it does a pretty good job. Again, the hair doesn't get as close as when shaving, but there aren't any nicks or razor burn, and to me it's a lot. In conclusion, I would like to say that it takes a full 8 hours to charge, but this charge lasted about 4 days. I use it every day, wash my face twice and shave my legs. The charging indicator light does not turn green when charging is complete, but the instructions call for a full 8 hours each time you discharge the battery.
