I use this jersey as upper for mountain bikes. I wanted something with long sleeves (for sun protection) and very breathable as the temperature rises here. First off, I don't race and I'm new to mountain biking so I didn't want one of those insanely loud motocross/MTB jerseys with bright colors and aggressive aesthetics. That made everything perfect. Just ordered a second jersey identical to the first one I had in just over a week. I've been wearing it on my bike every day for 10 days and have washed it several times. I am very happy with it. For installation help for others, I'm 6'1" and about 300 lbs and bought the 3X-Large size. It fits very well - not loose, but not tight or tight either. I feel like I have enough shoulder room for freedom of movement and the length is comfortable when in a riding position. It should be noted that the neckline is quite high/narrow. it's not uncomfortable - I actually like it because one of my goals is sun protection - but if you order a size 3XL and have a very roomy neck you can try it on before washing or dressing. For me it's perfect. The jersey is good for keeping me cool in the sun as it lets a lot of air through at high speed. I'm glad I have two t-shirts that I know are comfortable, stay cool, and fit an obese body type. I haven't found the same happy ending in my search for MTB shorts and knee pads. Jersey, 100%.
