I received the bag in the color coffee. It's darker than I thought, but that doesn't bother me. The size is somewhere between a regular backpack and a mini. It's very roomy for its size. There are many pockets and compartments that I like. The material seems to be of good quality, it doesn't look like it's about to fall apart. Update 9/10/18: I was on a week's vacation with this backpack, which included hiking and carrying a lot of heavy stuff, and it's holding up. Marvelous. It fits my 40 ounce water bottle, tons of snacks, electronics, purse and pouches, sunglass and cases, and more. I think my favorite part about this bag is the shoulder straps. They are very comfortable and don't hurt my shoulders at all. My last backpack left red marks from digging into my skin, but not this one. I also washed my backpack when I got home and it didn't hurt at all. I am very impressed.
