TL,DR: Excellent eco-friendly product, the quality of the brushes is better than I expected for the price, very soft bristles. BUT the bristles are so soft that I make more effort to brush my teeth which causes the bristles to bend/wear out._____I started with the packaging (only 1 brush used for a couple of weeks) and am generally satisfied with the product :Advantages:- Arrived in safe packaging.- 2 in a separate box. Reduced packaging compared to individual packaging, convenient for traveling with a partner. Great looks when opened - Lightweight bamboo handle, well made, just the right size (small enough to fit in a purse/travel bag but long enough to comfortably hold/comfortable for most people) - Product and packaging sturdy and compostable.- So far the quality was okay.- The bristles are very soft.- Great value for money. step v. pack them individually but I hope in the future they can offer "bulk packs" where the toothbrushes don't need separate packaging in the box. I understand there can be issues making sure the bristles don't bend during shipping, but it would help reduce packaging even more. It would be nice if they offered a "marked" option. I like the design the way it is, but it would be nice if the toothbrushes could be numbered or given different identification (1) in case different family members use the same holder for their toothbrushes and/or (2) to encourage sharing your toothbrush quarterly. People can only tag their own houses at a time, but that would still be a nice extra feature. - Maybe the bristles are too soft? I've always preferred medium-hard bristles for a good cleaning of my teeth, so this is most likely just a personal preference. I feel like I'm squeezing this toothbrush harder, using more circular motions than my usual back and forth sawing, and spending more time brushing for a mediocre clean feel at best than I get with medium-hard brushes. It's only been a few weeks so maybe I just need to get used to it, but I haven't really felt clean since I switched to this brush and its soft bristles. the circumference begins to point slightly "outwards" v. straight up. This would most likely happen with any soft bristle brush as in the past I've probably put more pressure on it than with medium brushes (which never showed that "worn out" look even after 3 months of use). . But it's a bit worrying that in just a few weeks it's already showing up and I'll be using it for another 10 weeks. If those bristles are so soft that even switching to a "softer" brushing technique (and I really don't want to change my behavior to pick up a toothbrush) results in severe bristle wear, I'll be very disappointed.
