The downside is that it is not durable. There was a hole in the pants after wearing them for the first time. None of my modal pants are immune to punctures - that seems to be a property of the fabric, but it would be nice if it lasted a few weeks first. I still wear them as pajamas all the time and would still buy this set - the shirt is a great addition, it's sexy and comfortable.
