When I first received this toothbrush I was amazed at how clean my teeth were. It feels like a pure feeling after leaving the dentist's office. Maybe a week after buying a toothbrush, it started making a loud rattle when working in all modes. The brush head also stopped vibrating (at first I thought maybe I got used to the vibration and don't feel it anymore). I decided to trade and I'm glad I did! The new toothbrush is quiet and has a very strong vibration through the brush head. However, my first one worked very well when I first got it and I used it very sparingly.
