We bought this for my girl so she can carry it with the slightly heavier and larger bike backpack I chose for myself. Camelbak has always been at the forefront of producing quality gear and this is no exception! The backpack is well designed and thought out, definitely made for those who prefer smaller sizes, although the adjustable shoulder straps make it suitable for larger sizes as well. It is very light and is therefore suitable for both running and short hikes. With separate detachable bottles and pouches, they are available in configuration options for the most convenient use. It's a little different from most Camelbaks in that regard, as it has two separate water bottles instead of a pack on the back. But my girlfriend loves the ability to customize it however you like, add her essentials like phone and keys to any other little things she wants to take with her and there you go!
