I bought this rug for my wedding decor to use under my wedding arch in an outdoor park ceremony. The color scheme worked well for this purpose because the ground was concrete, so this rug blended well with the surroundings but looked much more elegant under our arch than if we'd left the ground bare. It seemed high quality and I got several compliments on it. For now it's in storage but eventually once we have a yard, I'll be happy to use this in outdoor decor. I think it's nice enough to use in indoor decor, too, in a mudroom, entry space, kitchen, etc., but it's not the softest so I wouldn't necessarily want it as a living area rug. I can see it being good in a space like a kitchen or entry, though, where you want a rug that can be wiped down easily.
