This is the bomb I'm telling you! I love him so much. At first I didn't think much about it. But as you practice with it more and more, it really is an amazing little device. I now use it almost daily on various parts of my body: arms, upper and lower body, fingers, ankles, thick area of thighs, upper forearms, neck, front of upper chest and more.
