This is a decent neck fan. Very beautiful. Like: 3 different speeds, cool light, the direction of the vents can be adjusted in any direction with a few clicks. The blown air seems really cool. Dislikes: The neck area is very large, bulky and heavy. Fan speeds are very weak, even at high speeds. The whole device has a vibration that gets annoying after a while. You might not notice it when you move a lot, but when you sit still it's hard to ignore. Also, it gets worse when the battery runs out. It also has that unrhythmic hum, if that makes sense. It just sounds unhealthy like the battery is dead, but it keeps working so it's weird. Here's what I noticed about this fan after a single use for about 3 hours. I like it but no. So I'll keep it, but will probably order another one.
