Jenkoon offers subpar products and unresponsive customer service

I recently had the horrible experience of making a purchase from Jenkoon, an online retailer that focuses on offering women's apparel, accessories, and shoes. My interaction with this store was utterly disappointing. First of all, the things I received had terrible quality. The sewing was shoddy, and the fabric felt cheap. I felt as though I had spent my money on inferior goods because the items did not resemble the website's pictures. Additionally, Jenkoon's customer support was unresponsive and useless. I contacted them with my concerns, but they took a while to get back to me and, when they did, they were unable to offer a workable solution. To make matters worse, the website was incredibly slow and challenging to use. The lengthy loading times of each page made it difficult to browse the merchandise. Furthermore, the product descriptions lacked crucial information like the material, sizing specifics, and cleaning recommendations. This made it challenging to decide what goods to buy with knowledge. Overall, Jenkoon was a big disappointment for me. I wouldn't suggest anyone go shopping there, and I would advise others to stay away from there if they value their time and money.
