We love the lamp! It looks elegant, a combination of classic and modern design. A big warning though: the installation will definitely require two people and two ladders. First tip: Be sure to pull the hanging screws all the way into the mounting plate to ensure the open ends stick out long enough to reach the light box when you lift it to the ceiling. Second tip: Use a tall stepladder, place an empty shipping crate on the ladder, and place the lamp in the styrofoam cushion on top of the crate so that it's close enough to the ceiling that it can be plugged in without anyone else trying to hold them up. While your partner holds a stack of lamps on the tall ladder, use the other ladder to climb up next to the tall ladder and route the wiring.
