Product assembly is decent. It's made out of some kind of thin wood that serves its purpose. The problem with the product is the output hole at the bottom. Even when only a few (20 sheets) of paper towels are used, there is a lot of friction in pulling the towel out of the dispensing opening, sometimes resulting in torn towels being dispensed. It would be better if the edge of the output hole was covered with something; Plastic lip with clear coat etc. I'll probably put a few coats of some sort of water based clear coat on the lip to make it easier to apply. The product looks beautiful on the wall of the kitchen table.
