Very poor product. The "Instructions Manual" is a page with vague instructions. The device appeared to be backing up, but when I searched for the files, they weren't found. There is no support contact information in the user manual. Doesn't work on any of the 3 PCs I have. The physical design of the drive makes it difficult to plug into a USB connection. (it has a pretty blinking blue light). VERY EXPENSIVE FREE FUNCTIONING DRIVE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
