This scale is attractive and gives accurate readings (compared to the scale at my doctor's office). You can choose between metric and imperial or imperial measurements (pounds, kilograms or stones) and save multiple profiles for yourself and family members. But it does so much more. Download the app and pair your phone with the scale and they'll do a body fat analysis too. It measures weight, BMI, fat, muscle, bone density, water, visceral fat, individual mass, metabolism, protein, obesity rate, body age and lean weight. This is done using sensors on your bare feet. I'm amazed the scale can do that, especially at its affordable price. I don't have a way to test its accuracy, but it tracks and shows improvements (or not) over time. While estimating rather than measuring, it's useful to keep track of your numbers and see trends over time. This device should be a good tool to work on your health.
