Scratches all over the plastic.
I was very happy with this wonderful bag, I read all the reviews and it seems really good. The bag I ordered arrived on time, but when I open it I see scratches all over the plastic and the metal lock. I am not giving a photo as it is difficult to see in the photo as all the plastic is scratched. Looks like someone has already used it! "So sad, I will return. Thanks to full refunds are free.
