Need a basic shaving brush? This is a regular shaving brush. With its help, you can easily create foam. It's just the rigidity that allows you to effectively apply shaving cream anywhere without the threat of scratching your face. Easy to wet, easy to wring, dry. I suppose it dries quickly, but I confess I've never sat and watched it do that. I paid $8 and I think it was worth it. Definitely get it for the (current) $7 if you need a replacement or don't want to buy a high-end brush that basically works the same anyway.
