Locked for no reason, bad mouse design
I've had this product for a week now and am returning it. Often the mouse and keyboard would suddenly lose connection and stop working; attempting to connect again does not work. Optical mouse tracking is terrible and the design is awkward. Sorry microsoft. stick with the software.
