Don't waste your time
This product is definitely not working as expected. I heated and melted the wax, but as soon as you reduce the temperature, it immediately becomes cold and hard. You can't keep it warm long enough to put it on, so you basically have to keep it on high heat all the time. I tried to put it on before it got stiff but it hurt because it was so hot. When I managed to get them onto the hair on my arms and it was time to pull them off, no hair was removed at all. Don't waste your time or money.
