It's beautiful but not complete

Bought as a wedding present. I unwrapped and boxed it up on shower day and it has a board, two pieces of string and clips. It has teeth on the back for hanging.... However, the kit didn't include "triangle hooks" to tie the rope to, so it's mostly a work in progress. I didn't have time to attach or replace it so it's just a crappy gift option.
