The dies cut well but it's a hassle to break them apart for use and then remove the metal fasteners. Maybe a guide on how to do it easily. I'm not new to stamping, but I'm new to this style of stamping. I think I'd rather pay a little more and they come separately. If I leave the mounting metal it will cut into the shape. I just tried using needle nose pliers to help the process. To answer the above questions. Versatility is the reason I chose this set.
