Comfortable, cool and decent protection.
I used to use paintball armrests and they saved my elbows in a fall! It's almost the same with a better elbow pad. I also like that the sleeve almost completely covers my arm. I chose L/XL. I'm 5ft 4in, stocky, the S/M would be very tight on my biceps if you are my size. Hope that helps. !
